Lady Penelope Whistledown was born at Avalon to mama Harriet.  She was unfortunately impregnated by an unknown scoundrel at the rescue and was left with 5 children, the four Bridgerton boys and the lovely Lady Agatha.  Miss Penelope is an incredibly sweet and curious girl.  She loves blankets like her siblings Bundtcake and Crazy Baby.  She also enjoys sitting atop her cardboard box to see all that is going on at the rescue.

She is very clean and will make an amazing addition to a family.
