Chewbaccette (Chewie) was born at Avalon the same day her mom Pixie was rescued.  Before we knew she was female, we called her Chewbacca because of her gorgeous mane….and the name stuck.

Baby Gigi was found on the doorstep of Avalon in a cardboard box one night.  Luckily one of our staff stopped by the rescue that evening and found her.  She was extremely malnourished and skin and bones.  After a quick check at the vet, Gigi was added to Pixie’s crew of babies and was immediately accepted.

These two adopted sisters are now bonded to each other and waiting for a fabulous family.
