Lady Penelope Whistledown was born at Avalon to mama Harriet.  She was unfortunately impregnated by an unknown scoundrel at the rescue and was left with 5 children, the four Bridgerton boys and the lovely Lady Agatha.  The teenage boys have remained at Avalon while the two ladies have moved to a wonderful foster.  They are clean, sweet girls that are looking for a family to spoil them!
