Please use this linked form to submit requests to surrender animals in need to the sanctuary. This form may be used for:

  • Found animals
  • Animals with medical needs that caretakers are unable to afford
  • Other unique situations

There are many different options for terms of surrender.  Please note that completing this form does not guarantee your animal a spot at the sanctuary, it is merely the first step in allowing us to best serve the needs of your animal while we grapple with an ever increasing number of animals in need and shortage of space to care for them all.
