Turnip was found on the side of the road in Salem on a rainy day.  She was lactating but no babies could be found anywhere.  She was immediately brought to Avalon for safety.

Turnip is incredibly scared and still adjusting to life at the rescue.  She was struggling to eat anything other than greens but is slowing starting to eat pellets.  She has a chunk missing out of her ear indicating that she has been attacked in the past.  We know that with time and patience, Turnip will warm up to a trusted family.
